Welcome! I’m Stephanie Chaisson, the creator of The Mindful Balance Toolkit website, community and Instagram page: @themindfulbalancetoolkit. Originally from Maine, I now call New Mexico home. My journey has led me through deep personal healing, chronic illness, and spiritual awakening—teaching me the importance of balance, resilience, and transformation.
I weave mindfulness, therapy, and holistic practices with an intuitive approach, embracing wisdom from multiple traditions. My path is one of healing, initiation, and remembrance, reconnecting with ancient knowledge and divine feminine energy. As someone living with both mental and chronic illnesses, I’ve personally navigated the complexities of the medical system and explored the mind-body connection to heal from trauma and manage my conditions. This site and its blog are a living guide drawn from my experiences, offered freely in the hope that it may support others on their journeys. Take what resonates with you, and leave the rest.
I’m not a doctor or mental health professional—just someone deeply committed to my own mental and physical well-being. I share these resources out of a passion for helping others and continuing my own path of growth.
